Jenni Hall

Jenni Hall is the Director of Community & Economic Development and brings over 25 years of experience working across the spectrum of land development in government, university, and non-profit organizations. Her professional expertise is in strategic planning, public policy, and redevelopment with a particular focus on housing and transit-oriented projects.

Jenni is a Certified Public Manager and holds graduate degrees in architecture and urban design from the University of Colorado with a certificate in economic development from the University of Oklahoma. She is recognized as an adept and creative problem solver and promotes a collaborative environment that brings together highly skilled cross-functional teams. Jenni currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Adams 12 Five Star Education Foundation, the Development Committee for Maiker Housing Partners, and is a member of the Advisory Committee for DRCOG’s Regional Housing Strategy.
