Delia Sánchez

Delia Sánchez is the Communications & Engagement Specialist for Community & Economic Development. She brings over 15 years of experience working with diverse communities across Colorado and is originally from Lima-Perú. Delia is bilingual in English and Spanish, which allows her to support inclusive, culturally responsive engagement efforts.

Throughout her career, Delia has led and supported outreach initiatives at the local and state level, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and ensuring clear, inclusive communication. She is known for being solutions-oriented, highly adaptable, and deeply committed to building authentic relationships. Delia is passionate about education, opportunity, and community, and she is dedicated to helping programs and teams connect meaningfully with the people they serve.
